Shipping Policy

Domestic Orders & Shipping (United Arab Emirates)

All orders within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Northern Emirates, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Western Regions) are processed within 3–4 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, after you receive your order confirmation email.

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout.


International Orders & Shipping

We currently offer shipping for our products to Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, including:

  • Saudi Arabia (KSA)

  • Bahrain

  • Oman

  • Kuwait

  • Qatar

Please note that shipping regulations for fragrances and incense may vary by country. For destinations outside the GCC, shipping availability depends on local customs rules and regulations.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or VAT once the shipment reaches the destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Sukoon is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or delays caused by customs clearance processes.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow some time for tracking information to become available.
